Blue Feather Edge Lafayette Nation's Guest Plate Historical Staffordshire ZAM-392

Blue feather edge plate circa 1825 featuring a portrait of General Lafayette measuring 10 1/4" in diameter. The plate reads: "General Lafayette Welcome to the Land of Liberty He was born at Auvergne in France 1757 joined the American Struggle in 1777 in 1781 he returned to France loaded with the Honours and gratitude of the American People he returned in the Cadmus to New York Aug. 13th 1824". The transfer is not crisp otherwise the plate is in good condition. Please inquire for full condition report.
