Historical Staffordshire Blue dinner plate in the “States” pattern by Clews. This plate displays well but does have a small edge chip repair and a in the making imperfection on the inner rim. Otherwise the plate appears unused. It measures 10 1/“2 in diameter and dates circa 1825.
