Historical Staffordshire dark blue plate with a "View Of City Hall New York" by Stubbs. In good condition with a professional repair to a "V" shaped piece that was broke out. Looks invisible and is not noticeable when displayed. This a scarce view for this maker. It measures 7 1/4" in diameter and dates circa 1825
