Staffordshire Creamware Liverpool War Of 1812 Pitcher Commodore Perry Captain Pike
Historical Staffordshire War Of 1812 pitcher. With the transfers being “Commodore Perry and Captain Pike”. Ex. Collection of Authur J Sussel. Kind of scarce being in rust red transfer and black enamel accents. This piece is in good condition with just a short 3/4” of an inch hairline off the top rim and some loss to the black enamel. There is also some slight scuffing to the transfers. It measures 8 3/4” from the tip of the spout to the handle by 7 3/4” tall. This piece dates circa 1815 - 1820.
