Staffordshire Pearlware Prattware inkwell. A very rare early form complete with insert. There are no cracks or repairs but does have a in the making stress line on the base that is glazed over. The insert has a small chip and some glaze rubs to the yellow. Pretty amazing condition in my opinion for a early piece like this. It measures 2 3/8” by 3 3/8” and stands 3 1/8” tall. It dates circa 1800. Retains 2 old collection stickers on the base.
